FAQ
Do I need to pay a deposit and when is the balance due?
Yes, a $400 non-refundable deposit is charged when making your booking. Our brides tend to pay the deposit when they confirm the agreement and the remaining amount is paid 14 days before the wedding.
We also offer PAYMENT PLANS.
When will I receive my the photos and video?
You will receive a sneak peek within 5 days and full gallery/video within 4-6 weeks.
Can I view your highlight videos and what’s the benefit of getting them?
Highlight videos can be viewed on our video page or Youtube Channel. Our couples love the video and photo package as they compliment each other so you can relive your wedding day in all formats. We have an article which explains why is video important on your wedding day.
What happens if I book and then change my Wedding Date?
We understand dates can change, provided I have availability, I will happily transfer your booking to another date. If not, we have a range of photographers that we have worked with whom we can recommend.
When should I book a photographer or videographer for my wedding?
Often photographers and videographers including ourselves are booked out 12- 18 months in advance so the best advise I can give is to book as soon as you start planning and have locked in a venue.
