Piha Beach | Auckland Beach Engagement Session
Sunny and I were so excited when we finally got to photograph Sarah and Bowen as we had to postpone due to COVID-19 and then typical Auckland weather which was meant to be torrential down pour but ended up being cloudy with a few showers. Needless to say third time is a charm and sure was well worth the wait! When we got to Piha the air was crisp as we are heading into the Winter season but the sun was out and we even got a glimpse of the magical mist over the mountain and sea.
It was a lovely session as we took our time enjoying the sound of waves, exploring the dunes and strolling along the beach to talk about Sarah and Bowen's up coming wedding. This gorgeous couple have made the decision to get married in Dunedin close to Sarah's Grandparents. We loved hearing about their vision and got super excited at the possibility of being able to explore a castle and capturing their wedding photos at the beautiful gardens.
Sarah and Bowen sure did rock their Auckland engagement session at Piha before their date night. Here is a preview of some of our favourites from the engagement session. We cannot wait to capture their wedding in January.
