Despite their wedding being postponed and some of their guests not being able to make it due to Covid, there was so much excitement as the day finally arrived for Nicky and Warren to get married. It was so special to hear about their eight-year adventure and all the accomplishments and milestones they had achieved as a couple and growing family. The fireplace at Markovina made the perfect backdrop for their winter wedding ceremony as they said "I do" surrounded by their friends and family.
There were lots of laughs and delicious food to be had as we made our way around the gorgeous Markovina grounds to take photos. The amazing thing about a winter wedding and Markovina is that we managed to capture some stunning photos to showcase their wedding including some sunset and night images all while staying on-site and before dessert!!!
We were still in for a treat as after dinner Nicky and Warren's whanau presented them with such thoughtful taonga and performed an incredible haka to wish them all the very best on their new adventure as husband and wife.
We cannot wait to hear what else is in store for this gorgeous wee family!
