Sunny and I had the privilege of meeting Jessica and Nathan over coffee to talk about their vision for their wedding and also hear about their love story. From the fairytale-like beginning of their relationship when Nathan being the gentleman he is helped carry Jessica as she was injured, October 31st has and will always be a very special day for this beautiful down-to-earth couple and we were so lucky to celebrate yet another milestone for the pair on this date too!
We were blessed with a bit of rain on the day which added to their fairytale story. Jessica and Nathan both have such amazing family and friends the day was filled with so much fun and laughter from start to end and there was nothing that could dampen their spirits as the day finally came for these two incredible people to get married. LaValla has a wonderful team lead by Bernie who makes sure your day runs smoothly and offers a delicious food menu sure to impress! LaValla is also such a gorgeous venue with ample possibilities for incredible ceremony locations and bridal photos on-site that makes it perfect in all seasons. With some quick thinking from Ethan and his groomsmen as Jessica and her entourage arrived the ceremony venue changed from outside to the deck and it couldn't have turned out to be more perfect and intimate. What added to the beauty of the wedding was that Jessica wore her mother's garter, her hair was done by a close family friend, the musicians were friends of her guests and the celebrant was her old teacher. Just like in the movies as quickly as the rain had come while Jessica and Nathan said their vowels the rain stopped like it was on cue as their loved ones watching from afar gave their blessing.
